Drupal 8/9 create a modal dialogs with one line of HTML code

Step 1:- To add a custom block to any region for example sidebar first.
Step 2:- In the block settings, change the text format to Full HTML and click on the source button.
Step 3:- To add a following one line HTML snippet in body of the block.
