How to manipulate the libraries in Drupal 8/9

Libraries-extend and libraries-override are the two main ways to manipulate libraries. The libraries-extend adds your library to any existing library. The libraries-override was used to manipulate assets including removing or replacing assets, as well as completely removing a library. Libraries-extend and libraries-override is a property used in your theme’s info file.
