Drupal 8/9 Display Date/Time format using preprocess functions

Step 1: Create a new date/time formate goto Admin -> Configuration -> Regional and Language -> Date and Time format -> click on Add Format .For example formate name as custom date.
Step 2: After you've built a date format, you may use the preprocess function to determine how the date is presented on the node.
